Rise Circles bring together young leaders in structured peer learning environments where they develop critical leadership competencies, share experiences, and collaborate on solving community challenges. Through monthly workshops and mentorship, participants build networks that last beyond the program.
Our approach combines experiential learning with peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, creating a supportive environment where emerging leaders can explore challenges, test ideas, and develop solutions together. Each circle consists of 8-12 carefully selected participants who meet regularly over a 6-month period.
